Heidi M. Hawkins

Heidi M. Hawkins, also known as Ara Kataak, is a highly regarded and experienced teacher of subtle and sustainable technologies, including medicine, mysticism, and meditation. They have been teaching and practicing since 1994. Currently, they are focused on the creation and implementation of an American Sign Language based Monastic Sign Language dialect.
